Besides, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest.
